Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society Membership Application

Step 1 of 2

  • The following items need to be completed in order to get your PTK application processed:

    1. When your application is approved by the advisor you will be ask to go to the GHC Cashier’s Office to pay your one-time $75.00 membership fee.
    2. When the membership fee is paid, the enrollment packet will be considered complete and forwarded to the Phi Theta Kappa Headquarters for processing.

    When Headquarters receives your application, in four to five weeks you will receive:

    1. An email confirming your PTK Membership. This includes your Membership ID Number, which gives you access to the members only portion of the PTK website.
    2. A packet in the mail that includes a wearable gold pin, information concerning PTK and a frame worthy certificate of membership.

    What GHC Phi Theta Kappa Beta Iota Chapter advisors recommend for new members to do:

    1. Log-in to the PTK Members website, check out the resources, apply for available scholarships, and update your information each quarter.
    2. Attend a Beta Iota Chapter meeting. Meeting times are subject to change quarterly. Check the PTK Bulletin Board for updated information (The board is located in the HUB across from the Fireside Room).
