Report an Accessibility Issue

  • This feedback form is here for reporting access barriers related to a disability or use of assistive technology and NOT access to websites or their materials. If you are having trouble signing in to your Canvas classroom or GHC email, please contact your instructor, a lab asssistant in the computer lab, or elearning@ghc.edu.

    If you encounter an access barrier on the GHC website, you may use the following form to report the issue. Someone from our Accessibility Task Force will follow up to confirm that we have received your feedback, and gather additional information as necessary.

  • Describe the Problem

  • To help the Grays Harbor College diagnose and fix accessibility barriers, clearly describe where the problem occurred, what the problem is, what you were trying to do, and what technology you are using.

  • What Operating System are you using?
  • Include the web address (also called URL), or a description of the page.

  • Provide details about what you were trying to do, and why it was difficult or impossible to do it. Include the software version (for example Chrome version 53 or Internet Explorer 11), and any other details that might help us to find a solution. Note: Do not reveal personal information such as passwords, via email or otherwise. Do not provide any information that you are not comfortable disclosing.
