- I understand that I must contact the Certifying Official at veterans@ghc.edu if I make any changes to my class schedule after the first day of the quarter.
- I understand that the following grades, W, F, I and U can cause an overpayment with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or Grays Harbor College. I understand that I am responsible for any overpayments.
- I understand that any overpayment owed to Grays Harbor College will result in being blocked from registering for classes or obtaining transcripts until the overpayment is resolved.
- I understand that Grays Harbor College can only certify my enrollment for classes that are required for my eligible certificate or degree.
- In addition to this form, I understand that I must submit all required documentation listed here or anything requested by the School Certifying Official in order for Grays Harbor College to certify my enrollment.
