By filling out this form, you are declaring that you have already signed up for World Class Scholars, you are on track to graduate high school with a GPA of 3.0 or better, you have earned your 40 community service hours, and that you are a high school senior preparing for graduation. Please continue if you are a senior working to claim your World Class Scholars Scholarship
