Clothing (Cost of uniforms/specialized clothing. PPE. Clothing to seek and maintain employment or participate in work-like activity)

Transportation

Public Transportation (Bus pass, Vanpool, Train, Ferry, Taxi, Uber, Lyft)

Car Repair (Provide two estimates for car repair from a licensed automobile mechanic)

License and Fees (campus parking fee, vehicle license plates, tabs, fees for establishment/reestablishment of driver’s license, emissions testing and title transfer). Documentation of cost required

Testing (Assistance for the cost of literacy, aptitude, skills proficiency, credential testing and certificates). Documentation of cost from certifying agency required

Medical (Exams/services necessary to accept employment or participate in WorkFirst activities that are not covered by Apple Health). Estimate of cost or balance due to service provider required.  Personal Hygiene (Items needed for the student to maintain personal appearance and grooming, including haircuts)

Emergency Costs (certification fees, graduation fees, diploma fees, background check fees, maintenance of internet, or supplies to keep a child in daycare, etc)
